Greg Summerlin's involvement in the real estate industry began over 30 years ago when he was a commercial lender with AmSouth Bank, which was the largest bank in Alabama at the time and one of the leading regional banks in the US. At AmSouth he managed a $200 million portfolio and worked with some of the largest real estate developers in the Southeast. He has personally owned, managed and developed hundreds of millions of dollars of real estate and is currently developing residential and commercial properties in the Birmingham AL and Nashville TN areas. He has worked on a wide variety of real estate projects including retail centers, regional malls, single family subdivisions, multi-family projects, beach properties and hotel projects. Greg has an undergraduate degree in Accounting and an MBA from the University of Alabama.
